An uninterrupted cold chain is key to preserving the efficacy of vaccines, insulin and biological products. The steps we follow from warehouse to delivery.
Temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines, insulins and biological medicines may lose their efficacy when they fall outside a certain temperature range. That is why the cold chain is not just a logistics detail for these products, but a matter of patient safety.
Dedicated and monitored areas
Cold chain products are stored in special, temperature-monitored areas separated from other products (usually between +2 °C and +8 °C). The time a product spends outside this area, from acceptance to shipment, is kept to a minimum.

Priority in shipping
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed to maintain the temperature the product requires and are prioritized in the delivery plan. All steps are recorded and carried out in line with GDP requirements.
